In this episode we are working on pulling it all together. I start by discussing stress and the importance of including exercise.  I then look into the multitasking benefits of the Sidekick 3. For the Move of the Week, I walk you through proper technique on both sides of a dumbbell lunge.  I then explore how helpful it could be to incorporate ginger into your diet.  Finally, I tackle how long food should live in the fridge before you should toss it.  (Hint: Its not until its moldy!)
