Going Green

Earth Day was last Sunday and it is amazing how dedicated we are to living green for that one day. However, we lose our momentum quickly. I have a couple of simple solutions that you can incorporate into your daily life that will save money and the environment. The Hot Topic focuses on the the plastic grocery bag debate, then I have a great cloth grocery bag for you in the Well Equipped segment. The move of the week is bicycle abs – an oldie but a goodie! In fresh from the market, we are tackling which nuts we should munch on and then we talk about the impact of switching incandescent lightbulbs to compact fluorescent lightbulbs.
