Mic and Mixer on Vacation!

Hey everybody! I know you have all been looking for my latest Fitness Attack shows and there haven’t been any this week. Turns out that when I packed up for the holidays – my mic and mixer didn’t jump into the suitcase like they were suppose to. (They are so unreliable!) Anyway – I’m going to post some Flashback episodes for this week and next and then record in the new year! We will continue the Fit Life Challenge update and announce winners at that time! Finally! The Fitness Attack audio podcast has been made into a book of 101 Tips, Tricks, Do’s, Don’ts and other Random Thoughts! (Since we are now on show #365 – I have a feeling that this will be a series.) For those looking for stocking stuffers or dying of curiosity, you may purchase one now at Lulu. For those of you that can wait – it will be on Amazon after the holidays and I’ll let you know then. (The Amazon numbers are the ones that count so waiting is a good thing!)
