		<description>In 2005, IDEA reported back 8% of Personal Trainers were offering online personal training. So there&#039;s obviously people out there who are benefiting from this support.

I think it&#039;s largely because there&#039;s an increasing number of people who know what to do, but need a kick and a nudge now and again. And that&#039;s what these clips can do. For basically the price of a cup of coffee, you can start building your own exercise library.

And if fitness DVDs sell, why not these much more affordable versions?
