It's really hard to find a healthy fast food breakfast. Even foods that appear to be harmless like pancakes are way too high in sodium and empty calories. Instead of eating fast food, stop into a deli and grab a piece of fruit, hard boiled egg and a fiber bar like GNU. It's just as easy and fast as going to a fast food restaurant.
