This week we are focusing on the lower impact part of your workout.  Stretching, warming up and cooling down are all essential segments of your routine and they enhance the results of your training.  The move of the week is a hamstring stretch which can be used by anyone.  There have also been several news stories about how soup can help you reduce calories, so that is our focus for fresh from the market.
