If the regular plank is getting too easy for you, then its time you add a little lift with this core workout exercise!
Working the butt without squats or lunges can seem difficult but this move allows you to tone your booty anywhere, anytime!
No weights or equipment needed!
Leg lifts add an element of difficulty to your balance, thus challenging your core and making you really squeeze the butt muscles!
Keep a nice neutral neck, squeeze the stomach and don’t forget to breathe.
Trainer Tips:
- Keep the hips in alignment. Don’t let them tilt or allow one cheek to lift!
- Squeezing your butt will make this move easier and more effective!
