Ab Bicycle Exercise
We talk about having flat abs, but what about thin abs? Working on your obliques is a great way to really cinch that waist by getting rid of those love handles. But, it’s hard to work on the sides of your abs. The oblique muscles work on a side-to-side movement so your regular crunches aren’t going to tone them.
