Having a fit life is a lifestyle.  It doesn’t have to involve drastic or even temporary measures impacting your diet and exercise regimen.  Oftentimes, these types of changes will become burdensome and fall to the wayside.  Then where are you?  Back at the beginning.

You can achieve your goals through small, permanent modifications to how you eat, how you take care of yourself and how active you are in your life.  The results will come more slowly using this approach, but, by making changes that you can live with for the rest of your life, you’ll be better off in the long run.

As you start your journey, be sure to celebrate your successes!  This doesn’t mean you should indulge in some chocolate cake, but rather treat yourself to something that will keep you motivated to continue on your path.
