Toned Triceps aren’t just for movie stars!
The triceps can be so hard to tone. Here are some great exercises to get your started with evening out those sculpted biceps!
Tricep Extension – keep the elbows in and move slow and controlled to really feel the burn of this exercise
Kickbacks – This move targets the back of the arms but you really have to keep the move slow and really squeeze the triceps as you extend.
Dips – no equipment needed for this exercise! a sturdy coffee table, bath tub or even the floor is a great place to squeeze a few of these in!
