Tips for Fall Workouts!

The hot, humid weather has passed and in its place is fantastic temperatures and cool breezes. This is the perfect opportunity to get outside and work out! Here are a few tips to get you started:
Keep Summer Eating Habits: Salads, fruits and vegetables are so easy to eat during the summer but don’t seem as appetizing in the colder weather. Keep those summer eating habits but experiment with different ways to enjoy the foods.
Fall Sports: Be creative and think of all the sports that you can ONLY do in milder weather. Lots of outdoor bootcamps and running groups pick back up in the fall and remember, even raking leaves counts as exercise!
Holiday Countdown: Get a jump on New Year’s Resolutions! You know that you will splurge over the holidays so set yourself up for success by setting a workout/ weightloss goal now to ready for what’s ahead. You’ll be amazed how much progress you can make in the few weeks leading up to the holidays.
