margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;\" title=\"Trader Joe's\" src=\"http:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/\/picture-41.png\" alt=\"Trader Joe's\" width=\"601\" height=\"62\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/picture-41.png 601w, https:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/picture-41-300x30.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/>Today I was at Trader Joe&#8217;s, which is new here in Nashville, and as I was doing my shopping I had to laugh at the man in front of me, who was clearly a first-timer.\u00c2\u00a0 Every time he would come upon something that he needed, he would pick up the package, look at the ingredients, then the price and then exclaim about how healthy it was and how cheap!\u00c2\u00a0 The first time, I was amused but by the last aisle he was still so excited that I was just full out laughing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2264\" style=\"border: 0pt none; margin: 10px;\" title=\"apples\" src=\"http:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/\/picture-21.png\" alt=\"apples\" width=\"89\" height=\"80\" \/>In addition to having a fun shopping trip (and yes, the employees are just as friendly as they are everywhere else, which always amazes me), it also made me think about how we have become accustomed to the fact that healthy food is expensive.\u00c2\u00a0 Some store require a big chunk of your paycheck to sell you what seems like the healthiest option.\u00c2\u00a0 When I saw this guy overjoyed at the price of the whole grain pasta with flaxseed (for only $.49) I thought about what this could mean for reshaping the perception of healthy eating for consumers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Let me also clear up the perception of &#8216;healthy eating.&#8217;\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m not talking about foods you have never heard of before, I&#8217;m<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2263\" style=\"border: 0pt none;
