So despite the best efforts of my fitness and health colleagues and myself, fat is prevailing.\u00c2\u00a0 Don’t worry, we aren’t frustrated or discouraged about this news…we didn’t need a study to tell us that this was the case.\u00c2\u00a0 However, this means that we need to work harder than ever to educate and motivate people into our mindset.\u00c2\u00a0 So much of this ‘obesity epidemic’ is a consequence to our daily habits, both exercise and diet.\u00c2\u00a0 Nonetheless, check out the link below to find out where your state ranks in the Fit vs. Fat trend.\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
