May is “Get Active America!” month.\u00c2\u00a0 This is put on by IHRSA and the goal is to focus on beginners and \"walking.jpeg\"<\/a>inactive individuals and motivate them to start an exercise routine.\u00c2\u00a0 There are clubs across the country that are participating and throughout the month will be having events that will encourage and allow non-members to workout at their club.\u00c2\u00a0 Be on the lookout for any of these advertisements.<\/p>\n
