well, the term &#8216;healthy&#8217; flies right out the window. \u00a0It never hurts to double check the ingredient list of a salad on a menu, before ordering it. \u00a0You might be surprised to find that you would be better off with grilled chicken than a salad!<\/p>\n<p>Here are a list of the<a title=\"unhealthy salads restaurant\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dailyspark.com\/blog.asp?post=top_10_list_the_worst_restaurant_salads_you_may_be_eating\"> Top 10 Worst Restaurant Salads<\/a> according to Sparkpeople.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amy Mac&#8217;s Tips to Ordering a Healthy Salad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the salad comes with fried chicken, ask for grilled instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Always get dressing on the side and either add as needed or dip your fork in the dressing before each bite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Watch your portions. \u00a0I have mixing bowls that are smaller than some of the salads I&#8217;ve been served. \u00a0As long as you order your dressing on the side, a salad will usually hold a day as a leftover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Read the ingredients carefully, if there are too many high calorie items, skip it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Croutons, nuts and cheese should all be used in small portions because although they are good for you, they are high in calories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>There are usually lots of pastas, heavy soups or bread that are included with your salad &#8211;
