You\u2019re in a hotel with no equipment, what kind of exercises can you do? \u00a0I\u2019ve made a full 12 exercise Hotel Workout series that will be available in\u00a0<a title=\"workout training program\" href=\"http:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/2010\/05\/11\/fit-system\/\">Amy Mac\u2019s Fit System<\/a> this summer.<\/p>\n<p>This lower body exercise can be done anywhere that you can find a wall to lean against! \u00a0However, I love this move for hotels because it takes so little space and just a few seconds to engage the leg and butt muscles. \u00a0This is also another exercise that can work for people that have weak knees because it really forces your weight into the heels.
