\"micoach.jpg\"<\/a>You keep your phone with you at all times, right? So having a heart rate sensor and a pedometer as part of its functionality seems like the next step. Answering that call is Samsung and Adidas with the creation of the miCoach phone. The phone also helps to coach or advise you through your workout based off of your heart rate. I’m anxious to see how this works out for people. Of course, I didn’t think I would use my iPhone for working out and I do – its great to have an iPod and phone capability in one device. If I could get my heart rate monitor as part of that setup – I think I would like that. Pretty soon our cell phones will be running our lives!<\/p>\n
