Not because of the amount of energy she has but because she wears one of those mexican wrestling masks and it freaks me out.<\/p>\n<p>This is actually a common thing for a lot of offices.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t already have a cot in the back room, ask your boss if it is a possibility to put one there.\u00a0 Any smart manager will allow 20 minutes of downtown to not lose a whole afternoon of work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.Cry<\/strong><br \/>\nWho does not feel better after a good cry?\u00a0 (Except for men cause they don\u2019t cry ever, ever, ever.)\u00a0 Traditionally, women cry more than men and I\u2019m pretty sure every single one of them will tell you they feel better after they cry.\u00a0 Wanna know something cool?\u00a0 Studies have actually shown that the tears you produce when your angry, upset, or anxious contain STRESS RELIEVING HORMONES.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"stress reducers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fi.edu\/learn\/brain\/relieve.html\">How to Relieve Stress!<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">So there you have it all you have to do is set aside some \u201cme\u201d time, take a nap, and then get it all out with a big fat cry (and maybe some ice cream).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>How do you de-stress?
