{"id":9756,"date":"2011-03-22T11:35:32","date_gmt":"2011-03-22T17:35:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/?p=9756"},"modified":"2011-09-14T11:35:09","modified_gmt":"2011-09-14T17:35:09","slug":"simple-exercises-for-thighs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/2011\/03\/22\/simple-exercises-for-thighs\/","title":{"rendered":"Simple Exercises for Thighs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"simple exercises for thighs\" href=\"http:\/\/fittip.me\/eBPAaQ\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-9757\" style=\"margin: 10px; border: 3px solid black;\" title=\"simple exercises for thighs\" src=\"http:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/thighex.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"155\" height=\"155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/thighex.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.withamymac.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/thighex-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 155px) 100vw, 155px\" \/><\/a>Calfs, thighs, legs, OH MY!\u00a0 Every women is looking for simple exercises for thighs.\u00a0 Why wouldn\u2019t they be? \u00a0Men can\u2019t stop staring and women LOOVE getting ready for a night out and feeling so damn sexy.\u00a0 It\u2019s all about the thighs.\u00a0 The good thing is there are some simple exercises for thighs that will get the boys lining up and the girls on hate patrol faster than you can say (insert long word I can\u2019t spell here).<\/p>\n<p>Simple thigh exercises you can do at home or the gym:<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Outer Thigh Lift<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lie on your left side propping yourself up with your left forearm.\u00a0 Slightly bend your left knee so you are resting comfortably like you would in front of a fire reading a good romance novel.\u00a0 Extend your right leg and put it slightly in front of your body.\u00a0 Raise and lower your leg from the floor to the ceiling in a slow and controlled manner 10 times (don\u2019t touch the floor with your right leg).\u00a0 Now flip over to the other side and repeat.\u00a0 3 sets of 10 repetitions is a great place to start.\u00a0 Once you think you are Jane Fonda you can add some ankle weights and a hot pink headband to get maximize this great outer thigh workout.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"side lying leg lift thigh exercise\" href=\"http:\/\/fittip.me\/hmzdOo\">Side Lying Leg Lift from Shape Magazine<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong> Inner Thigh Exercise Using a Stability Ball or Pillow<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lie on your back and put a couple pillows or stability ball in between your legs.\u00a0 Slowly squeeze your legs together and hold at the farthest point for 2-3 seconds then slowly release.\u00a0 3 sets of 10 repetitions is still a great place to start.\u00a0 Once this becomes too easy maybe it is time to head over to the gym and get on a couple legs machines.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"inner thigh squeeze\" href=\"http:\/\/fittip.me\/fmsdKt\">Add a crunch and really feel the burn! Inner thigh squeeze from Fitness Magazine<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cable Adductor (Outer Thigh) &amp; Abductor (Inner Thigh) Machines<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We have all seen this machine.\u00a0 What Amy Mac (<a title=\"working out tips\" href=\"http:\/\/www.withamymac.com\">WithAmyMac.com<\/a>) calls the \u201cgood girl, bad girl\u201d machines (and another simple exercise for your thighs).
