Fit Life on Mevio

How do I do a stability ball crunch? What exercises can I do when I’m traveling? Should I spend money on organic foods? These are just some of the questions we have answered on Fit Life. This show is designed to give you quick hitting information to help you live a healthy and fit life. During this show, I’ll talk to you about news and trends, give you gear reviews, demonstrate exercises, delve into foods and recipes, and, of course, give you a variety of health and fitness tips.  I want this to be your all-inclusive guide to making you and your life the best that it can be.

This means that suggestions from you, the audience, are always welcome.  If you have ever wanted to see an exercise demonstrated, wondered about how to eat that strange vegetable in the produce aisle, or have been curious about gear, gadgets or fitness equipment, now is your opportunity to have me find the answer.
