Today we are talking about bouts of cardio that you can do in a hurry.
Things like climbing stairs, lunges and squats are things you can do in just 5 minutes to wake up your body and revive focus. These are all things that are easy to do at your office.
If you have a bit more time and don’t mind breaking a sweat – jumping jacks, jumping rope, pushups and dips are all fast and easy ways to burn some calories in just minutes.
