If you are doing the same lunges week after week, then fret no more. Changing up your workout is great for your muscles as well as keeping you from getting bored. Last week, I showed the basic standing lunge but if you are ready for the next level, try this walking lunge. It is still great for your butt and thighs but also challenges your core and balance!
