Mic and Mixer on Vacation!
Hey everybody! I know you have all been looking for my latest Fitness Attack shows and there haven’t been any this week. Turns out that when I packed up for the holidays – my mic and mixer didn’t jump into the suitcase like they were suppose to.  (They are so unreliable!) Anyway – I’m going to post some Flashback episodes for this week and next and then record in the new year! We will continue the Fit Life Challenge update and announce winners at that time! Keep up the great work and have a wonderful holiday season! ~amy
