Kale is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet! You can enjoy it in salads and smoothies, but when was the last time enjoyed this green as a tasty, crispy snack? In this episode of Fit Life, I’m going to show you how to make kale chips! A few ingredients and 9 minutes in the oven and you’ll be ready to indulge and rack in the nutrients!

Kale Chip Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of kale
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. lemon
  • Dash of sea salt
Don’t get crazy about measuring, after a couple of trials, you’ll know exactly how YOU want to enjoy this snack. Just make sure to keep the oil and the salt to a minimum so the dish is still healthy!
