What’s at the top of my gym playlist this week?
Daft Punk – Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
This song is the perfect tempo for a cardio warmup, cool down/ stretching or for lifting weights. I like to have a wide variety of music on my exercise playlist so I don’t find myself zoned out or in a tempo rut. Remember that music can make or break your workout – so treat yourself to great music and have a kickass workout!
