Beat the Fitness Slump! Fit Life Flashback

If you’re not used to a fitness routine or if you’ve let exercise and diet slide, getting started or getting back on track can sometimes be overwhelming.  Maybe you want to eat right, go to the gym, get more sleep, get back on the bike, stop drinking coffee, cut out sweets, or any number of different things.

We can all name the things we know we should or shouldn’t be doing, but creating a list of 50 items you want to accomplish this week in an effort to be healthy is simply not going to help.  It takes 21 days to make a habit, so it would seem like the best way to get on track would be to pick one item each month and focus on making sure you do it!
