Breakfast Cheats!

Start off on the right foot with these breakfast ideas!
It’s the most important meal of the day and yet it seems to be the meal people skip! did you know that those that skip breakfast are more likely to be overweight? It’s understandable that you don’t have time to whip up a feast before you run out the door but there are some quick and easy ways to start the day. You can prep hard-boiled eggs in advance, make a peanut butter sandwich on the fly, grab some yogurt or even swing by a drive up and get some oatmeal (try to hold the sugary add-ins!).
If you have a bit more time, you can make a smoothie or juice or you can make some scrambled eggs, throw them into a tortilla with some salsa and you have a quick and easy breakfast wrap!
If all else fails, have some granola bars in the car that you can eat on the way to work. Hope this gets you off and running in the morning!
