There are different degrees of being sick.  You can be stuffy, headache, scratchy throat, coughing or runny nose so you might wonder if maybe you should still fit in a workout.  You may have heard that you can sweat out a cold.  You may feel too awful to even think about exercising when sick.  In this Fit Life, I’m going give you a rule that will help you decide if you fitting in that workout is the right thing for you.
