Butt Exercise: Floor Bridge

In the winter, we want our butt to look great in jeans.  In spring and summer, it needs to look great in shorts, dresses, capris and of course, swimsuits. Squats is a great way to give your butt some lift but if you are already at the beach and don’t have weights nearby, you can do this exercise… Floor Bridge.

Regardless of the season or the reason, you can work your glute muscles with this lower body floor exercise.

No weights or equipment needed!

Trainer Tips:

  • To add focus on the thighs, place a yoga block or medicine ball between the knees.
  • For an advanced version, you can place your feet on a stability ball.
