Medicine Ball Exercise: Front Lunge

You always see medicine balls (the basketball sized weighted balls) on a rack in the gym and think, “What could I do with those?” The answer is, “Too many things to count!” but here is a great example of using a medicine ball to do a lunge.

This is a lower body workout but with moving and stabilizing the medicine ball, you are working the upper body and core as well!
