FITNESS SLUMP: GET MOVING

We can’t all spend two hours each day in the gym, and very few of us really want to do that anyhow.  But, getting more exercise doesn’t have to be that complicated.  Think about this: How long does it really take you to eat your lunch at work?  You could be using the extra time to get in some walking around the office building.

Here’s your task:  Find a way to add 20 minutes of movement to your day.  You could do a 20 minute workout video, spend some of your lunch hour taking a walk or take four 5 minute breaks to do the stairs at work or at home.

Don’t be afraid of getting creative with this one.  I’ve actually walked extra laps at the grocery store just to get in a few more minutes of movement.
