What is the best way to start working out?

Let’s talk about how to take the first step in making a change. Whether you have 2 or 200 lbs to lose, whether you want to change your diet or start working out – the best way to start is Just Do It. Yes, you’ve heard nike tell you that for years but it really is the truth. If you want to start working out – start by walking for 5 minutes, then 10. Keep doing it until you can do it without stopping and then keep adding time. If you want to change your diet, start by eliminating or reducing high calorie beverages like fancy coffee drinks and soda. Then work to swap out candy and pastries for fruit, yogurt and nuts. Finally, eliminate the drive thru and start working to create healthy meal plans.

These are just a few tips on how to get started with exercise and diet and the Just Do It motto works with any obstacle. Make the goal to take the first step – you’ll be amazed how much you can accomplish!
