Summer Foods – Nature’s Diet!

cardiofixepI don’t know about you but for me, it is so much easier to eat healthy when the weather is nice.

Cold fruits and veggies and delicious salads are all easily enjoyed when the sun is shining and the temperatures are rising. I think it is also easier to cut back on portions during this time of the year.

So make it a goal to use the season to it’s fullest!

  • Take a walk around the farmer’s market and select fresh fruits and veggies to load up on.
  • Also try lighter recipes
  • Keep in mind the portion sizes when you are plating your meals.

These are just a few tips to help you enjoy the season and stay healthy.
