Chest Stretch | Back Stretch

Stretching is one of the most forgotten pieces of working out – but it’s certainly not the least important!  Take a few minutes after your warmup or workout and do these chest and back stretches.  Better yet, use these stretches in the middle of the afternoon when you just need a breather from work.  You can do these at your desk just as easily as you could in the gym, so there is no excuse!  Remember to breathe deep and push yourself but never to the point of pain.
