What if traditional bicep curls weren’t the only way to tone your arms?  Just by rotating those arms a little bit and challenging your balance and control, you can sculpt beautiful arms in the same amount of gym time.

These 3 bicep curl variations will help you reach the full muscle and challenge it in different ways, leading to a more toned, stronger muscle.

  1. Traditional Bicep Curl
  2. Hammer Bicep Curl
  3. Rotated Bicep Curl

Don’t be afraid to try new things. You can do any of these in any order and when they get easy, you can stand on 1 leg, you can add a squat, you can add more reps or more weight or even add a resistance band.
