3 Ab-solutely Great Ab Exercises!

abattackthumbHard to believe it’s that time again but it is time to attack the abs and get them in summer shape! Here are 3 ab-solutely great exercises:

1 ab ball pass – The stability ball ab pass is an exercise I love because it works the FULL rectus abdominus – meaning “upper” and “lower” abs so you can see and feel results. This exercise helps train you to scoop in the abs and provides a nice stretch fot the arms and legs too!

2 leg circles – The lower abs can be hard to engage but this move does just that!

3 – medicine ball sit and toss – This ab exercise is brutal because you have to keep the abs engaged the WHOLE time!

A few weeks of these moves and you’ll be looking for reasons to wear that swimsuit!
