    Eating natural is surely a lot healthier than eating the same over processed junk food we've been used to. But many of the people that started eating natural quit because it's more of a hassle than they expected. Natural food is harder to find, it's a lot more expensive, it's more difficult to cook and it's almost tasteless. Before going on such an eating style be sure you are prepared for it.
