FITNESS SLUMP: DON’T BE LIST-LESS
Even if you have the best of intentions, it’s easy to forget things or put them off when other concerns arise. One way to make it easier and to stay focused is to write down your resolutions and goals, and you don’t have to wait until the first of the year to make them!
Personally, I find that I constantly need reminders to keep me on track. Recently, I stuck a note to my bathroom mirror that reads, “Pilates, then shower”. It’s simple, but you’d be surprised at just how many times it reminds me that I need to do my Pilates DVD before I jump in the shower.
Here’s your task to beat the fitness slump: pick something that you want to do, like work out, drink more water or go to bed at a reasonable time; then, make your own reminder notes or set your phone to alert you so you don’t forget to do them.
