Tony Horton’s P90X workout series might be the most popular at home fitness series ever created. I took on the 90 day challenge and saw results but were they what I wanted?! Find out now in my P90X video review.

The program is based on consistency of working out (6-7 day/ week for 60-90 minutes each!) and muscle confusion (everyday is a different workout). The concept is great and Tony is excellent. I had certain goals in mind when I went into this program:
