Best Ways to Lose Weight!

Everyone wants to know the best plan for eating and losing weight.

We’ve been told that eating several small meals a day is the best way to lose weight. Now a recent study came out saying that eating 2 larger meals a day earlier in the day is the best way to lose weight. The study had people eat breakfast and lunch and then skip dinner. The theory was that by avoiding eating a large meal in the evening when we don’t burn very many calories, we could lose weight more effectively. This might be a successful plan of attack for some people, but I can tell you right now, there is no way I could skip dinner and still function! I think all this study proves is that there are so many approaches to losing weight and you have to figure out what works for you as a lifestyle and not a diet.
