Stability Ball Workouts! Our exercise series continues with this stability ball pushup exercise. I’ve shown you how to do pushups on the ball with your feet on the stability ball. This time, we take a different approach and put our hands on the ball.  I think this is much more challenging but that’s what makes it fun! Doing the pushup this way is great for your triceps, back, butt and abs!

Make sure to keep your body in a straight line – this includes the neck! Squeeze your butt and stomach and don’t forget to breathe!
