Everyone is always looking for the great, new way ab exercise to replace all other ab exercises and give you a 6 pack in a matter of minutes. The bicycle abs exercise has stood the test of time and continually resurfaces at your nearest gym. I can still remember doing these at Jazzercise with my mom when I was a kid.

Working all of the ab muscles is important for strength, alignment and appearance and this is a great exercise because it works the obliques, which can be really hard to reach.
